It has great proximity to the airport. This made the process of getting to our flight on time much easier. The beds were super comfy so you can get a great night of sleep as well. I thought the staff I interacted with way very kind as well.

The bed is very comfortable (probably what you would expect from Westin). The windows are pretty soundproof: you can't hear the planes although it is right by the runway. Staff is friendly.

It was close to the airport that is why we booked there and we wanted a 4-star hotel. The room was great with a lovely bed and nice pillows and sheets. The shower too was excellent. Booking in our person was helpful and efficient. As a vegetarian I was very pleased to see an interesting option on the menu rather than oh well maybe we can do this for you. The dish too went down well.

Book a room for 3 adults to have a nap during our layover at San Fransisco before our next flight that night. Comfy bed, easy check in, comfy room, appreciate the personalised welcome message on the TV in our room, frequent free shuttle bus to the airport. We didn't get a chance to experience other amenities or the restaurant onsite. We landed in San Fransisco after 11 hours flight from London and was about to embark on another 15 hours flight to Melbourne. So all we did was napping. The room and the beds were comfortable that we managed to go to sleep very quickly.

our room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle service is frequent: every 15 minutes. The breakfast was excellent: the eggs were nicely cooked, the bacon and sausage were flavorful, and the fried potatoes were very tasty. The fresh fruit was very good and I really appreciated that plain yogurt was available.

The bed was very comfortable. Really like the weighted blanket. Like that the shower head was a little different then the norm and like it offered a handheld option. Also, appreciate the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. Everyone knows hotel toiletries are never big enough.

We stayed for one night. The hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport fairly promptly. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and showed us how to get the shuttle back to the airport the next day and onto the Bart so we could spend the day in San Francisco before our flight. The room was spacious as was the comfortable bed. The bathrooms were clean and the shower hot. After a long-haul flight, we appreciated the black out curtains which allowed us to go to sleep very early and not be disturbed by the light. If there was aircraft noise, we didn't notice it. We wanted to be close to the airport and it is exactly that.

My check-in experience was going in the wrong direction, as they couldn't find my reservation. The representative got creative and found my name (The Booking.com representative accidentally added the first initial of my middle name to my last name). The Representative waved our parking space fee and gave us a disability room (closer to the elevator, so my little sister didn't have to walk down a very long hallway.

Room was great, except we were initially placed in a room with only one bed and we needed two beds. We were moved quickly to another room. Transportation to the SFO Airport was excellent, as was the food.

I got upgraded to an included breakfast option. Even arriving at almost midnight, on an international flight, I was able to catch the final 'free' shuttle to the hotel. Travelling alone, this is a great advantage. The receptionist was extremely kind.
